Founded in 2010 and recognized as one of Sri Lanka’s leading suppliers for business promotional merchandise. We specialize in promotional product manufacturing, printing and trading with over 100 corporate clients. Ceylan operates two garment factories with a strong workforce of over 100 people, located in Biyagama, Sri Lanka. In full capacity, these two factories produce 20,000 T-Shirts, 30,000 bags and 50,000 caps per month.

FEMALE EMPLOYEE LEADERSHIP
The garment manufacturing industry in Sri Lanka is heavily dominated by females. Ceylan is proud to be a job creator for females in our community and enable them to provide for their families. Ladies who join the workforce are needed to balance their work and life while playing different roles within their families such as wife, daughter, mother etc. This part of the program is focused towards providing necessary knowledge and skills to help them in balancing these roles. This includes maternal well being centers within our premises, organizing mindfulness programs on mental well being, counteraction of domestic violence etc.

SOCIAL CONTRIBUTION ACTIVITIES TO OUR COMMUNITY
At Ceylan, we believe in equal rights to everyone. We strive to create jobs for the local community in aid of economic development of the area. We also provide employment opportunities to the youth in hope of securing a better career path for school leavers.
Ceylan gives priority to the health of our employees and community. Therefore during the Covid-19 pandemic era Ceylan led an awareness program for employees and the residence of Biyagama locality on Covid-19 prevention and donated Covid-19 PPE kits for the ministry of health office in Biyagama.
Employees are our greatest asset and therefore we have taken many steps towards providing benefits such as interest free staff loans, providing annual salary increments, provision of school equipment for children of our employees and extending the pension age to 65. Also in hope of uplifting the mental well being of the staff and encouraging team work, outbound trainings and get-togethers are organized annually.
With the goal of adapting eco friendly practices, Ceylan is currently implementing a green waste disposal system. We have used energy efficientlight bulbs in our factories and promotes a polythene free environment in an effort to protect our oceans.
